Job summary

A leading Malaysian company is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to oversee end-to-end IT and transformation projects. Duties & Responsibilities
  • Plan, execute, and manage end-to-end IT and transformation projects, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.
  • Lead change management initiatives to support successful adoption of new systems and processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and translate them into effective technological solutions.
  • Manage stakeholder communications, providing regular updates to senior leadership, including the CEO.
  • Oversee the implementation of Lark as the company’s new digital collaboration platform, ensuring smooth transition and user adoption.
  • Evaluate and integrate AI tools to drive operational improvements and business intelligence.
  • Monitor project risks, develop mitigation strategies, and ensure best practices in project governance.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum 4 years of working experience, preferably in a Big 4 consulting firm (Deloitte, EY, PwC, KPMG).
  • Proven track record in managing IT, digital transformation, or change management projects.
  • Strong understanding of AI tools and how they can be applied to improve business outcomes.
  • Hands-on experience or knowledge of Lark is a significant advantage.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • PMP, PRINCE2, or related project management certifications are a plus.
