Job summary

A technology solutions provider based in Kuala Lumpur is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead the end-to-end planning and delivery of projects. Job description

Lead the end-to-end planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery of IT projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.

Develop detailed project plans including scope, timeline, resource allocation, risk management, and communication plans.

Coordinate and collaborate with cross‑functional teams such as development, QA, infrastructure, operations, and business stakeholders.

Identify project risks and issues, define mitigation strategies, and drive resolution of critical problems.

Manage project scope and change requests while maintaining transparent communication with stakeholders.

Prepare and deliver periodic project status reports, including progress updates, risk logs, and issue tracking.

Manage third‑party vendors and external partners to ensure quality deliverables and effective collaboration.

Organize and facilitate key project meetings (kick‑off meetings, weekly updates, review sessions, and project closure).

Ensure proper project closure including acceptance, post‑implementation review, and documentation archiving.

Requirements
