Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide first-level technical support for hardware, software, printers, and peripheral devices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve IT issues for users.
• Install, configure, and maintain desktops and servers.
• Monitor and maintain LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, and internet connectivity.
• Ensure data security procedures are in place.
