Job description

Responsible for managing end-to-end IT operations in a manufacturing environment, ensuring high system availability, security, and scalability to support 24/7 production operations, automation, and digital transformation initiatives.

Manage factory IT infrastructure including networks, servers, data centers, and end-user computing.

Ensure high availability of production-critical systems (MES, ERP, WMS, SCM, QMS).

Oversee system backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity planning.

Support automation, SMT lines, test systems, barcode & traceability systems.

Implement and maintain cybersecurity controls (firewalls, endpoint protection, access control).

Ensure compliance with customer, ISO, and industry security requirements.

Conduct risk assessments, audits, and incident response management.

Manage IT budgets, CAPEX/OPEX, licenses, and vendor contracts.

Coordinate with external system integrators, OEMs, and solution providers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of IT experience, with 5 years in a manufacturing / EMS environment.
