Job description

Responsibilities

• Administer, review and monitor software, servers and databases and recommend changes to support production operations
• Monitoring Sever Security and report
• Modify and update Operations and Maintenance Manuals, including the System Security Plan, Configuration Management Plan and system environments
• Keep track and resolve all user issues reported
• Identifying, monitoring and responding to risks
• Deal with emergencies such as server downtime, virus infection, hacker invasion, etc. in a timely manner
• Assist to provide IT requirements and support for other teams
• Any other tasks that being assigned by Management from time to time

Job Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelorâs degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, in IT equivalent field
• Minimum 2-3 years of proven working experience in the related field is required.
• Ability to make decisions and manage diverse teams.
• Good interpersonal skills and communication skill
• Possess initiative and the ability to work independently and as part of a team
