Job description

Overview

Maintain information technology strategies by researching, implementing and maintenance of
technological strategic solutions in terms of infrastructure, network, server, software, hardware,
teleconferencing, CCTV, physical security, door assess and any other IT related systems within the Corporate and Business Unit

Maintain and improve organization’s effectiveness and efficiency by defining, delivering, and supporting strategic plans for implementing information technologies

Lead and complete IT-related projects and ERP implementation by coordinating resources and
timelines with user departments, vendors and data centers

Verify application results by conducting system audits of technologies implemented

Preserve company’s assets by implementing disaster recovery and back-up procedures and
information security and control structures

Recommend and establish information technology strategies, policies and procedures by evaluating organization outcomes, identifying problems, evaluating trends, anticipating requirements and troubleshooting problems

Maintain quality service by establishing and enforcing IT-related SOPs and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements

Accomplish financial objectives by forecasting requirements, preparing annual IT budget, scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances and initiating corrective action (as needed)

Manage and develop upgrades to the company's telephone system and oversee all internal extension number changes, including routing for seating assignments

Manage the purchasing of all software, hardware and other IT supplies and ensure that company
assets are properly maintained

Direct and monitor the IT team to accomplish management goals

Maintain staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting and training employees; coaching and developing
employee’s personal growth opportunities

Manage the whole business unit’s cybersecurity posture to safeguard the organization’s data, systems, and networks from cyber threats

Undertake other duties and responsibilities, which may be assigned by the Company from time to time with on time full closure

Job Requirements

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor\'s Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent

CCNA certified or MCSE certified holder is preferable

Expertise in planning and maintaining enterprise hardware and software

Proficient working with Window Operating System, Microsoft and SQL

Experienced in managing information systems projects

Have experience in Filemaker system is an additional advantage

At least 5 year(s) of working experience in related position
