A customer service company in Johor Bahru is looking for candidates to handle customer service calls and emails. You will assist customers with inquiries and complaints while managing customer data and resolving issues efficiently. The role requires good communication skills in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English, and welcomes fresh graduates. This position offers a supportive team culture, ongoing training, and various benefits.
Handle inbound customer service calls or email professionally.
Assist customers with inquiries, complaints, or product-related issues.
Update and manage customer data in the system.
Resolve issues efficiently to ensure customer satisfaction.
Minimum SPM or equivalent
Good communication skills in Cantonese, Mandarin and English.
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Working Hours (5 Days/Week – Rotational Shifts):
6 AM – 3 PM | 7 AM – 4 PM | 8 AM – 5 PM | 9 AM – 6 PM | 10 AM – 7 PM | 11 AM – 8 PM | 12 PM – 9 PM | 1 PM – 10 PM | 3 PM – 12 AM | 5 PM – 3 AM | 10 PM – 6 AM
