Responsibilities
As an IT Executive or IT Business Analyst at our company, you’ll play a key role in providing first and second-level support to ERP end-users and work closely with various teams to ensure the seamless operation of our systems. You’ll have the opportunity to work with SAP, SQL, Power BI, and more as you contribute to the development and maintenance of custom reports, BI dashboards, and form layouts.
Key Responsibilities
- ERP Support: Provide first and second-level support to ERP users, troubleshooting and resolving issues quickly.
- Database Queries: Query and manage databases to retrieve critical data for reports and analysis.
- Report Development: Design and develop custom reports, form layouts, and other user-friendly tools to improve business efficiency.
- Business Intelligence: Design, develop, and implement interactive BI visual dashboards to support data-driven decision-making.
- Project Management: Manage small to medium-sized IT projects, ensuring on-time delivery and smooth implementation.

Requirements
- Experience: Strong knowledge of SAP, SQL, ERP, Power BI, and Business Analysis.
- Skills: Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills—both written and verbal.
- Soft Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into business terms and vice versa.
