What You'll Be Doing
- Infrastructure & Network Management: Keep our IT backbone strong and stable! You'll support, configure, and troubleshoot servers, routers, switches, CCTV systems, and various hardware to ensure smooth operations across all locations.
- System Administration: Manage domain & file servers, mail servers, and web applications. Handle software installations and make sure desktops, laptops, and peripherals are always performing at their best.
- Technical Problem Solving: Be our first line of IT support! Diagnose hardware, software, network issues, implement effective solutions, and provide onsite or remote support. You'll also proactively spot potential risks before they become problems.
- Specialized System Support: Work closely with application support teams, monitor CCTV systems across HQ and branches, and provide technical expertise for daily operations. You'll also train and guide employees to use IT systems confidently and efficiently.
Qualifications
- Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, or equivalent qualification with solid foundation in IT and network administration.
- Minimum 1 year of hands on experience in network environments, preferably with specialization in IT / Computer Network / System / Database Administrative or equivalent technical role.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, positive mindset, and eagerness to learn new technologies according to business needs and industry demands.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Adobe.
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
