  • Install, configure, and maintain IT hardware, peripherals, and network equipment (PCs and network infrastructure.)
  • Provide timely technical support to employees on hardware and software issues.
  • Perform routine server backups and ensure data recovery readiness.
  • Repair, troubleshoot, and replace faulty IT equipment when required.
  • Maintain IT asset inventory, handle e-purchasing, and coordinate with vendors for procurement and services.

Requirements:

  • Diploma/Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Hands‑on experience in IT support, hardware maintenance, and network troubleshooting.
  • Knowledge of networking devices (Cisco switches, APs, firewalls) is an advantage.
