Job Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain all IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and hardware.
  • Provide technical support to hotel departments and troubleshoot IT issues promptly.
  • Ensure smooth operation of property management systems (PMS), point-of-sale (POS) systems, and other hotel software.
  • Monitor system performance, security, and backup procedures to prevent downtime or data loss.
  • Assist in planning and implementing IT projects, upgrades, and software rollouts.
  • Maintain documentation of IT assets, licenses, and service records.
  • Collaborate with external vendors and service providers for IT solutions and support.
  • Train staff on IT systems and promote best practices in digital security and technology usage.
Requirements
  • Diploma / Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in IT support or IT operations (hospitality experience is a plus).
  • Strong knowledge of Windows/Linux systems, networking, and hardware maintenance.
  • Experience with hotel management systems (PMS) is preferred.
  • Problem-solving skills, proactive mindset, and ability to work independently.
