Job description
  • Install, configure, and maintain PCs, laptops, printers, and other office IT hardware.
  • Perform routine hardware troubleshooting and coordinate repair or replacement when needed.
  • Support network infrastructure including routers, switches, access points, and basic cabling.
  • Monitor and maintain local area network (LAN) connectivity and address connectivity issues.
  • Ensure all IT hardware and endpoints are properly updated and secured.
Secondary: L1 Application Support
  • Provide Level 1 support for in‑house systems used in dormitory and foreign worker management (e.g., login issues, system errors, password resets).
  • Log and track user-reported issues; elevate unresolved problems to Level 2 or development teams.
  • Assist in user training and create simple documentation (e.g., user guides, FAQs).
  • Monitor application usage and system availability.
  • Assist with software installations and updates on user machines.
  • Maintain IT inventory records for hardware, software, and licenses.
  • Ensure regular system backups and basic data recovery readiness.
  • Participate in IT projects, deployments, and improvement initiatives as assigned.
Job Requirements
Education
  • Diploma, Advanced / Higher Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Experience
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Internship or part‑time experience in IT support will be a plus.
Skills & Attributes
  • Good understanding of computer hardware, software and basic networking (LAN, Wi‑Fi, IP, etc.).
  • Basic knowledge of Windows OS and Microsoft Office troubleshooting.
  • Proficiency in Operating system, Cybersecurity, Cloud Computing and Programming / Coding.
  • Willingness to learn new systems and tools.
