A leading media communications company based in Kuala Lumpur is seeking an IT Support professional to provide helpdesk and technical support in a Windows/Mac environment. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience troubleshooting hardware and software issues, along with a strong knowledge of Windows Server administration. Excellent communication skills and a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience are required. This role offers the chance to work with a dynamic team and high-profile accounts.
