Job description

We are looking for an experienced IT Engineer to develop, support, and maintain enterprise systems such as ERP, HRMS, Joget DX, and BI dashboards (Bold BI / Syncfusion). You’ll be involved in the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), from gathering requirements to system deployment and support.

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze business requirements from users.
• Develop applications, workflows (Joget DX), dashboards (Bold BI / Syncfusion).
• Provide support and customization for ERP and HRMS systems.
• Automate processes and integrate systems using APIs.
• Design and maintain reports using Crystal Reports.
• Conduct testing, user training, and prepare systems documentation.
• Support software license tracking and IT asset management.

Requirements

• Degree in IT/Computer Science or related field.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in system/application support and development.
• Proficient in SQL (MS SQL/MariaDB).
• Hands‑on experience with Joget DX, Bold BI/Syncfusion, Crystal Reports, REST API integration; preferred but not mandatory.
• Experience with manufacturing systems (ERP, HRMS, WMS) is an added advantage.
• Strong problem‑solving, communication, and multitasking skills.
• Additional certifications (Joget Certified Developer, BI Tool Certification, ITIL Foundation, Internal Auditor for ISO 13845/14001) are an added advantage.
