Responsibilities

• Assist in analyzing client business needs and providing IT solutions.
• Conduct research on industry best practices and emerging technologies.
• Support in IT strategy development and implementation for clients.
• Project Execution & Support
  • Assist in project planning, coordination, and execution.
  • Track project progress, risks, and deliverables.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation for client engagements.
• Client Interaction & Support
  • Support client meetings by preparing materials and documenting discussions.
  • Respond to client inquiries and follow up on project-related matters.
  • Ensure timely resolution of client issues under the guidance of the IT Consulting Manager.
• Team & Process Improvement
  • Assist in developing best practices and improving consulting methodologies.
  • Support the training and mentoring of junior team members.
  • Participate in knowledge-sharing sessions within the team.
