• Conduct and coordinate requirement studies and workshops to understand and collect user requirements.
• Prioritize and manage demand requests, ensuring alignment with business goals and IT capabilities.
• Conduct regular meetings with stakeholders to review demand status and set expectations.
• Document and track change requests, ensuring relevant approvals are obtained before system development.
• Expand and improve the usage of existing workflow solutions, identifying potential use cases across various business units to enhance automation and process efficiency.
