Job description

Conducting customer interviews and producing meeting summaries.

Preparing, facilitating, documenting and participating in client meetings.

Developing and evaluating procedures, controls, user requirements. and functional specifications to identify gaps between the current state and future state.

Creating business change request documents into flowcharts or functional specifications.

Acts as liaison between Business and Development team, as assigned.

Participates in application testing, implementation and training. activities (where required).

Communicates effectively through different mediums at all levels.

Based on the need of the project, support internal and external relationships with business partners and suppliers as required.

Requirements

• At least a Bachelor's Degree/Diploma/ Professional Degree in Computer Science/ Information Technology or equivalent.
• At least 1 Year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably Junior Executive experience or equivalent.
• The ability to work well in a team, as well as individually.
• The ability to work with minimum supervision.
• Required language(s): English, Mandarin, Malay.
• Candidates who are fluent in Mandarin are preferred because the role requires candidates to interact with Mandarin-speaking clients
