A technology solutions company in Puchong, Malaysia is seeking a candidate for a role that includes conducting customer interviews, facilitating meetings, and developing specifications for business processes. The ideal applicant holds a Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Computer Science or IT, has at least one year of experience, and must be fluent in English, Mandarin, and Malay. This position favors those with Junior Executive experience and requires strong teamwork and communication skills.
Conducting customer interviews and producing meeting summaries.
Preparing, facilitating, documenting and participating in client meetings.
Developing and evaluating procedures, controls, user requirements. and functional specifications to identify gaps between the current state and future state.
Creating business change request documents into flowcharts or functional specifications.
Acts as liaison between Business and Development team, as assigned.
Participates in application testing, implementation and training. activities (where required).
Communicates effectively through different mediums at all levels.
Based on the need of the project, support internal and external relationships with business partners and suppliers as required.
