Job description

As an IT Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between the technical and business aspects of the organisation.

Job Scopes and Responsibilities

• To support ERP and other critical IT systems implementation and general system support
• To provide End User Support, System Testing, System Training and Business Analysis
• To consult relevant Subject Matter Experts (SME) for the preparation of system integration, testing and implementation of ERP relevant functionalities
• Configure Epicor modules (e.g., finance, manufacturing, supply chain) to align with business workflows.
• Analyze current workflows and recommend enhancements using Epicor tools to increase efficiency and accuracy.
• Provide training to end-users on ERP functionality and best practices.
• Assist with data migration, cleansing, and validation during implementations or upgrades.
• Create and maintain reports and dashboards using Epicor’s reporting tools.
• Perform any other assigned tasks or projects as and when required

Qualifications and Requirements

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience as an IT Business Analyst or a related role
• Strong understanding of business analysis methodologies and techniques
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Proficiency in eliciting, analysing and documenting business requirements
• Ability to translate business needs into functional and technical specifications
