Job description

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain low‑code solutions using Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI) to automate and improve business processes.
• Integrate Power Platform solutions with Microsoft 365 services such as SharePoint, Teams, Exchange Online, and external systems or APIs.
• Document technical processes and solutions, and collaborate with cross‑functional IT and business teams.
• Conduct user training, demos, or knowledge‑sharing sessions to support adoption of Microsoft 365 and Power Platform tools.
• Support end‑user software issues and inquiries via IT Helpdesk.
• Any other duties that may be given by superior from time to time.
