Job Overview

We are seeking a versatile and tech-savvy professional to support our growing digital operations. This role combines IT support, system operations, data handling, and AI-driven workflow enhancement. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth daily IT operations while leveraging modern AI tools to improve productivity across departments. In addition to troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues, this role assists teams with automation, content support, digital tasks, and data insights. As part of our digital transformation efforts, the candidate will also explore new tools. This position is essential in keeping our systems running efficiently while driving innovation within the company.

Responsibilities

IT Support & System Operations

• Provide daily IT support for hardware, software, and networking.
• Troubleshoot laptops, printers, WiFi, and office devices.
• Assist with account setup, email configuration & access permissions.
• Maintain system updates, basic documentation, and IT asset inventory.

AI & Automation Support

• Use AI tools (ChatGPT, automation bots) to improve workflows.
• Assist teams with copywriting, data sorting, content creation & insights.
• Build simple automation flows (Power Automate, Zapier, Make).
• Provide basic AI onboarding/training to staff.
• Perform basic data analysis and generate insights for internal reporting.

Digital & Creative Support (Light Tasks)

• Support marketing/creative teams using AI for visuals or captions.
• Generate simple dashboards/reports (Excel/Google Sheets).
• Assist with technical setups for events, livestreams, or shoots.
• Explore & test new digital tools to boost productivity.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in IT, Computer Science, Networking, Multimedia Tech, or related fields.
• Basic knowledge in IT troubleshooting, Windows/Mac OS, LAN/WiFi, and Microsoft 365/Google Workspace.
• Basic coding in SQL.
