Global Access Management Specialist
Location & Work Arrangement

Key Responsibilities
- Support access lifecycle requests, including onboarding, modification, and offboarding.
- Handle global service request and incident tickets related to access management.
- Manage Active Directory tasks such as:
- Adding and removing users from security and distribution groups
- Password resets and account unlocks
- Managing colleague access permissions
- Provide shared mailbox access and manage mailbox permissions.
- Manage shared folder access, including permission setup and folder restriction controls.
- Support project-related access requests when required.
- Provide guidance on access provisioning processes, including how access and restrictions are applied.
- Collaborate with global stakeholders across multiple regions to ensure timely resolution of tickets.
- Adhere to security policies, access controls, and operational procedures at all times.
Knowledge, Skills & Experience
- 2–5 years of experience in IT Access Management, IT Support, or Service Desk roles.
- Strong hands-on experience with Active Directory.
- Experience managing:
- Shared folders and permissions
- Mailbox and shared mailbox access
- Service request and incident ticketing systems
- Ability to work in a global, high-volume ticket environment.
- Good communication skills and ability to work with global teams.
- Exposure to Linux or Unix environments is an added advantage (not mandatory).
