Job description

Oversee daily laboratory operations to ensure compliance with ISO 17025 and other regulatory standards.

Develop, implement, and maintain quality management systems (QMS) in accordance with ISO 17025 requirements.

Lead and train laboratory staff, ensuring adherence to best practices in testing and calibration.

Manage audits, internal reviews, and corrective actions to maintain accreditation.

Develop and update standard operating procedures (SOPs).

Ensure accurate data reporting and record-keeping.

Optimize laboratory workflows to improve efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

Maintain laboratory equipment, ensuring calibration and validation procedures are followed.

Liaise with clients, regulatory bodies, and external auditors.
