Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in accounting, audit, or corporate finance.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review financial statements according to MFRS and IFRS.
• Lead the preparation of IPO documentation and coordinate with auditors.
• Oversee journal entries, general ledger, and bank reconciliations.
