Investor Relations & Corporate Communications, Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Investor Relations & Corporate Communications Manager who can work independently and take full ownership of investor relations and corporate communication activities. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with strong professionalism, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Lead investor relations activities, including preparing and managing investor communications such as presentations, newsletters, and periodic updates.

Manage investor queries, maintain investor databases, and coordinate investor meetings and events such as roadshows and briefings.

Develop and disseminate corporate communications including press releases, website content updates, and internal announcements to ensure consistent messaging across all business units.

Serve as the key liaison with media, investors, analysts, and external stakeholders to build and maintain the company’s reputation.

Collaborate with legal, compliance, and senior management to ensure all communications comply with regulatory requirements and corporate governance standards.

Monitor market trends, investor sentiment, and competitor activities; provide insights and reports to management for strategic decision-making.

Coordinate communications efforts across all subsidiaries and business units to support consistent investor outreach and corporate messaging.

Maintain and update investor relations databases and communication logs regularly.

Respond promptly to investor and media queries to ensure timely and effective communication.

Assist in drafting routine communication materials and newsletters for internal and external audiences.

Coordinate logistics and support for investor and media events.

Support ad hoc communications projects as assigned by leadership.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Business, or related field.

Minimum 5 years’ experience in investor relations, corporate communications, or related roles, preferably in a multi-industry corporate environment.

Proven ability to work independently with strong ownership and accountability.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.

Strong command of English; proficiency in Mandarin is preferred for communicating with regional stakeholders and reviewing bilingual materials.

Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure with minimal supervision.

Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic graphic tools for preparing presentations and communication materials.

High level of professionalism, discretion, and integrity in handling sensitive information.
