A leading filtration solutions company is seeking an experienced Inventory Planning Manager (SEA) to lead inventory planning and purchasing operations across the SEA region. The successful candidate will ensure optimal stock availability, assess supply risks, and lead data analysis initiatives for continuous improvement. Applicants should have 5–8 years of relevant experience and strong skills in team leadership and negotiation. A degree in Supply Chain Management or related fields is essential, with an added advantage for those holding an MBA.

We are looking for an experienced Inventory Planning Manager (SEA) to lead inventory planning and purchasing operations across the SEA region spanning MSA, MS, IS & LS verticals. This role directly supports key business outcomes, including On‑Time Delivery, Supplier Performance, and Inventory Optimization.
Ensure optimal stock availability and timely replenishment for all SEA Distribution Centers.
Assess supply risks and implement recovery plans to mitigate business impact.
Actively participate in the S&OP process and collaborate cross‑functionally on operational forecasts.
Monitor and improve MRP performance and maintain accurate planning parameters in ERP systems.
Lead data analysis initiatives to drive informed decisions and continuous process improvement.
Manage overall inventory health, including slow‑moving, obsolete, and phase‑in/phase‑out items.
Provide clear visibility of inventory projections and drive actions to meet regional inventory targets.
Lead root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives to minimize excess & obsolete stock.
Standardize and implement purchasing processes, policies, and procedures across SEA.
Drive supplier performance in quality, cost, and delivery.
Lead pricing and payment term negotiations to ensure cost‑effective procurement.
Partner with suppliers and Finance to resolve invoice and payment discrepancies.
Education
Degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business, or related field.
Master’s / MBA is an added advantage.
Technical & Leadership Skills
Proven multinational leadership track record across SEA.
Strong coaching, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder‑management capabilities.
Ability to lead remote teams across multiple countries.
Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and process‑oriented mindset.
Experience
5–8 years in inventory planning, supply chain planning, or related fields.
Experience with Oracle R12, International Trade, ISO 9001:2015, Power BI, and forecasting tools (e.g., Arkieva).
Prior experience supervising supply chain teams and driving KPI performance across SEA.
