Are you ready to lead strategic material management and optimize logistics operations?

We are looking for an experienced Inventory & Materials Management Superintendent to join our Operations & Logistics team at TotalEnergies EP Malaysia. This pivotal role ensures efficient inventory control, material governance, and seamless logistics operations across our supply chain, supporting offshore and onshore activities.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategies for inventory and materials management aligned with operational goals.
  • Oversee material governance and compliance with PETRONAS and TotalEnergies standards.
  • Lead inventory control systems, surplus management, and disposal processes.
  • Manage freight forwarding and land transportation operations, ensuring cost efficiency and regulatory compliance.
  • Drive continuous improvement through digital transformation and process optimization.
  • Mentor and lead a high-performing materials management team.
Candidate Profile

What We Are Looking For

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Transport Management, or related field (Manufacturing Engineering is an advantage).
  • Experience: Minimum 10 years in oil & gas material management, warehousing, and logistics operations.
  • Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of material management cycles, freight forwarding, and land transportation.
  • Leadership: At least 5 years in a supervisory or managerial role leading cross-functional teams.
  • Preferred Skills:
    • Experience with SAP-MM Module, Power BI, Tableau or similar tools.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
    • Familiarity with international and local logistics regulations.
    • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
