Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and facilitate stock count activities across multiple outlets and warehouses.
  • Compile, analyse, and report stock variance results with clear and actionable insights.
  • Conduct periodic and ad-hoc stock counts to ensure inventory accuracy.
  • Monitor stock transfers, service stocks, and other inventory movements.
  • Assist in inventory audits and compliance reviews to ensure company standards are met.
  • Maintain accurate documentation to support audit findings and minimize discrepancies.
  • Communicate effectively with store teams and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
Who We’re Looking For
  • Minimum 1–2 years of working experience in inventory audit within retailing and/or warehousing environments.
  • Experience using SAP is preferred.
  • Proficient in MS Excel and MS Word.
  • Strong attention to detail, organised, and able to work independently.
  • Possess own transport (role requires visiting multiple outlets and warehouses).
