Job summary

A global medical technology company seeks a Segment Account Manager in Malaysia to establish and grow long-term relationships with healthcare professionals. The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Science, Pharmacy, or Nursing and at least 3 years of sales experience, with an emphasis on the Medical Device industry. The successful candidate will drive sales growth and brand loyalty in strategic accounts while delivering excellent clinical support, in a collaborative, on-site environment.

Qualifications

  • At least 3 years of sales experience, with at least 2 years in the Medical Device industry.
  • Experience in Peripheral, Oncology, Coronary Interventions would be an added advantage.

Job Title

Segment Account Manager, Interventional, Malaysia

Location

Malaysia (Northern - Penang)

Reports To

Interventional Sales Leader (ESKD/PAD), Malaysia

Key Accountabilities
  • Establish, develop and grow long-term relationships with healthcare professionals and Key Opinion Leaders in the medical device or healthcare sector within the assigned geographic area to achieve sales and market share growth.
  • Expand sales and brand loyalty within strategic accounts within the assigned geographic area.
  • Work with Marketing to lead territory demand generation activities and raise awareness and increase the demand of the Company’s product lines within the assigned geographic area.
  • Work with relevant teams to develop and manage all sales related business activity and key accounts within the specified territory.
  • Provide excellent customer service and clinical support (e.g. literature updates, KOL reference) to doctors and nurses.
Qualifications Required - Education & Experience

The ideal candidate will likely have

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Science/ Pharmacy/ Nursing
  • At least 3 years of sales experience, with at least 2 years in the Medical Device industry.
  • Experience in Peripheral, Oncology, Coronary Interventions would be added advantage.
