Requirements
  • Proficiency in English — both written and spoken (other languages are a bonus!)
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a related design field (Graduates are welcome to apply)
  • Access to a laptop or computer with reliable internet connection
  • A Diploma / Advanced Diploma / Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related fields
  • Proficiency in design and architecture software, including AutoCAD, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, SketchUp, 3D Studio Max, V-Ray / Corona
  • Strong time management skills — able to meet deadlines efficiently
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • A high level of creativity and expertise in layouts, color theory, lighting, and materials selection; custom and store‑bought furniture design and sourcing; producing detailed section drawings with precision; creative stylism – style and stage completed interiors for photoshoots, assisting the photographer and ensuring every shot looks polished and on‑brand
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills — articulate, confident, and engaging
  • Own transport is an advantage (not mandatory)
  • A proactive, flexible attitude — able to adapt to different projects
Scope of Responsibilities
  • Create beautiful interiors for apartments, villas, and commercial spaces — from concept to completion
  • Visit project sites to study space availability, take measurements, and assess design needs
  • Develop concepts, mood boards, and 3D visuals across a variety of interior styles (modern, minimalist, Scandinavian, luxury, etc.)
  • Select and specify all interior elements — furniture (custom and store‑bought), lighting, materials, fixtures, and décor; visit suppliers and estimate material quantities to ensure projects stay within budget
  • Work creatively within budgets and approved material lists
  • Collaborate closely with contractors, vendors, and suppliers to ensure designs are implemented accurately on‑site
  • Work with managers and team members to align creative direction and client expectations
  • Ensure all projects are completed within approved budgets and timelines
  • Style and stage completed interiors for photoshoots, ensuring every shot looks polished and on‑brand
  • Bring fresh, original ideas to every project — no two designs should ever look the same
Job Description

As our Interior Designer & Stylist, you’ll play a vital role in shaping the look and feel of our spaces across Malaysia — with a focus on Kuala Lumpur.

  • Meet with managers and the sales team to discuss upcoming projects, requirements, and creative directions
  • Receive project briefs that include site details, design style preferences, and delivery timelines
  • Develop design proposals and 3D concepts that meet expectations and brand standards
  • Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and suppliers to ensure seamless project execution
  • Maintain close communication with the sales team to ensure each project reflects our company’s commitment to quality and innovation
  • Take on additional creative duties as assigned — no two days will ever be the same!
  • Work as a hybrid position: while much of the work can be done remotely, travel within Kuala Lumpur will be required for site visits and team meetings
