A leading kitchen design company in Malaysia is seeking a motivated individual to prepare design drawings, assist customers, and manage showroom operations. Ideal candidates have a diploma in Business Administration, proficiency in English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia, and familiarity with interior design software. The role offers a supportive team environment, extensive annual leave, and opportunities for performance bonuses.
To prepare 2D/3D design drawings, quotations, invoices, and official receipts
To handle phone calls and assist with emails & customer inquiries
To greet and assist walk-in customers in the showroom
To manage and maintain showroom operations
To update related reports to HQ
To coordinate project submissions to factory
To support the sales team with admin tasks
To carry out ad-hoc duties as assigned by superior / HQ
SPM / Diploma / Degree in Business Administration or related field
Fresh graduates OR candidates with at least 1 year of experience are encouraged to apply
Proficient in English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is required to serve Mandarin-speaking clients)
Skilled in interior design software (AI House) – knowledge in interior design is a plus
Good computer literacy, typing skills, and proficient in Microsoft Office
Positive attitude, detail-oriented, and a team player!
Working Hours: Thursday – Tuesday, 9:30am – 5:30pm (Wednesday off)
