We are offering a rare opportunity to join a leading multinational insurance broker with a proven track record in the Employee Benefits sector. The successful candidate will have extensive expertise in employee benefits insurance and strong market network. As a Manager – Employee Benefits, you will oversee a client portfolio, build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders, and provide strategic, tailored insurance solutions to meet complex organisational needs.

This senior Placing & Producing Employee Benefits role is responsible for managing and expanding a diverse portfolio of domestic business.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Lead and manage a significant portfolio of employee benefits clients nationwide.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers, including HR and finance leaders.
  • Drive business development to grow the portfolio through referrals, networking, and strategic partnerships.
  • Negotiate with insurers and reinsurers to secure competitive, innovative solutions.
