Key Responsibilities
  • Identify, pursue, and secure B2B crypto/Web3 business opportunities with financial institutions, banks, and other institutional clients.
  • Proactively develop strategic collaborations with institutions to expand business scope and drive Bybit’s institutional growth.
  • Build and maintain long‑term, trust‑based relationships with key decision‑makers across the institutional finance ecosystem.
  • Lead the end‑to‑end sales cycle—including market mapping, solution pitching, deal structuring, onboarding, and relationship management.
  • Conduct comprehensive market research and trend analysis to uncover client needs, industry shifts, and emerging opportunities in digital finance.
What you bring along
  • 5+ years of experience in business development, institutional sales, or delivering B2B services within financial services, fintech, or crypto sectors, preferably in options trading area.
  • Proven track record of originating and closing deals with financial institutions, banks, and professional counterparties.
  • Savvy knowledge of both TradFi and crypto, including key infrastructure (e.g., brokerage, custody, trading systems) and underlying mechanisms (e.g., liquidity flows, risk frameworks, settlement structures).
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to translate complex technical or regulatory topics into commercial opportunities.
  • Strong abilities in market research, strategic planning, and client relationship management.
  • Capable of working both independently and cross‑functionally in a fast‑paced, entrepreneurial environment.
  • Fluent in English; Mandarin proficiency is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
