A leading technology firm in Malaysia is looking for a skilled sales development professional to execute high-volume outbound prospecting and qualify leads. The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of experience in generating enterprise-level leads and a strong understanding of B2B processes. This role involves collaborating closely with marketing and contributing to the sales playbook, with a focus on strategic thinking and data-driven execution.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3–5 years experience in sales development, inside sales, or demand generation.
  • Proven ability to generate and qualify enterprise-level leads.
  • Experience in digital services, SaaS, or rewards/incentives industry is an advantage.

Responsibilities

  • Execute high-volume outbound prospecting to generate opportunities across multiple Asian markets.
  • Build and maintain your own prospecting lists.
  • Nurture prospects and ensure smooth lead handover to Country Managers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Execute high-volume outbound prospecting and inbound lead qualification via calls, emails and LinkedIn to generate enterprise-level opportunities across multiple Asian markets.
  • Build and maintain your own prospecting lists.
  • Working closely with Marketing to align campaigns for targeted outreach.
  • Nurture prospects, and ensure smooth lead handover to Country Managers with clear qualification notes.
  • Track and report on activity metrics, conversion rates, and pipeline contribution.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to continuously refine processes based on data and feedback.
  • Contribute to the sales playbook (prospecting cadences, messaging, reporting structure)
  • Support the evolution of the sales function as business needs grow.
What We’re Looking For
  • Minimum of 3–5 years experience in sales development, inside sales, or demand generation.
  • Proven ability to generate and qualify enterprise-level leads.
  • Experience in digital services, SaaS, or rewards/incentives industry is an advantage.
  • Strong understanding of B2B lead generation processes and tools (CRM, automation platforms, prospecting tools).
  • Excellent communication, coaching, and leadership skills.
  • Strategic thinker with a hands-on, data-driven approach.
