Qualifications
- Minimum of 3–5 years experience in sales development, inside sales, or demand generation.
- Proven ability to generate and qualify enterprise-level leads.
- Experience in digital services, SaaS, or rewards/incentives industry is an advantage.

- Execute high-volume outbound prospecting to generate opportunities across multiple Asian markets.
- Build and maintain your own prospecting lists.
- Nurture prospects and ensure smooth lead handover to Country Managers.

Key Responsibilities
- Execute high-volume outbound prospecting and inbound lead qualification via calls, emails and LinkedIn to generate enterprise-level opportunities across multiple Asian markets.
- Build and maintain your own prospecting lists.
- Working closely with Marketing to align campaigns for targeted outreach.
- Nurture prospects, and ensure smooth lead handover to Country Managers with clear qualification notes.
- Track and report on activity metrics, conversion rates, and pipeline contribution.
- Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to continuously refine processes based on data and feedback.
- Contribute to the sales playbook (prospecting cadences, messaging, reporting structure)
- Support the evolution of the sales function as business needs grow.
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum of 3–5 years experience in sales development, inside sales, or demand generation.
- Proven ability to generate and qualify enterprise-level leads.
- Experience in digital services, SaaS, or rewards/incentives industry is an advantage.
- Strong understanding of B2B lead generation processes and tools (CRM, automation platforms, prospecting tools).
