About the Role

Join SUTHERLAND GLOBAL SERVICES MALAYSIA SDN. BHD. as a Trilingual Sales and Support Consultant (Mandarin + Cantonese + English). This full‑time role based in Bangsar South, Kuala Lumpur places sales at the core with support as a key enabler, ideal for those who turn customer needs into deals and ensure they feel valued at every step. You’ll engage clients across Singapore, China Mainland, Taiwan, and Hong Kong, growing your sales skills in a global marketplace.

What you’ll be doing
  • Answer, resolve customer issues, and upsell through chat within a growing customer base.
  • Identify and relate to various customer needs and scenarios.
  • Provide resolution/consultation with cutting‑edge solutions in a friendly, confident, and knowledgeable manner.
  • Remain updated on client and industry‑led processes, technology applications, utilities, and products.
  • Utilize client‑based tools and applications for customer management and servicing.
  • Transfer customers to appropriate departments when required.
  • Conduct data entry, documentation, and case management.
  • Work and partner with others within a team‑based environment.
  • Achieve and maintain required metrics and goals.
What we’re looking for
  • Education: SPM/Diploma/Graduation degree (soft copy of certificate required).
  • Good English skills; excellent in Mandarin and Cantonese speaking.
  • Ability to read and write in Simplified Chinese and English.
  • Speak and understand Cantonese.
  • Minimum of 6 months of sales experience and IT technical skills.
  • Background in BPO experience is preferred.

The role is 100% sales and technical support with account management, offered with fixed basic salary, allowances, and other benefits.
