Job description

Role Responsibility

• Support the collaboration with senior management and innovation teams to develop and execute the bank's innovation strategy. Stay informed about the latest industry trends, emerging technologies, and disruptive innovations to inform the bank's long-term innovation roadmap.
• Conduct market research and trend analysis to identify new opportunities for innovation and assess potential threats to the bank's competitive position.
• Facilitate brainstorming sessions and workshops to generate innovative ideas across different business units. Evaluate ideas based on feasibility, potential impact, and alignment with the bank's strategic objectives.
• Lead the development of proof-of-concept initiatives for promising innovations. Work closely with cross-functional teams to validate ideas and assess their potential for scalability and implementation.
• Drive the implementation of pilot projects for selected innovations. Monitor and evaluate project progress, measure success metrics, and gather feedback to refine the innovations before wider deployment.
• Collaborate with change management teams to ensure seamless integration of innovation initiatives within the bank's existing operations and processes.
• Act as an innovation evangelist, promoting a culture of creativity and experimentation across the organization. Conduct training sessions and workshops to foster an innovation-oriented mindset among employees.

Role Requirement

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Admin, Innovation Management, Technology Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience in innovation management, strategic planning, or technology-related roles within the financial services industry or similar sectors.
• Demonstrated track record of successfully leading innovation projects from concept to implementation.
