Job summary

Responsibilities

• Ensure proper setup, operation, and maintenance of molding machines.
• Resolve production issues in collaboration with Engineering and Quality teams.
• Implement process improvements and support new product trials.
• Monitor production reports and waste reduction initiatives.
• Enforce 5S and safety practices within the production area.
• Train production staff to enhance technical knowledge.
