Will take charge of our end-to-end technology ecosystem – spanning corporate offices and retail outlets.
You’ll lead IT operations, infrastructure, and project delivery to ensure seamless business performance, from head office systems to on-ground retail technologies like POS and network connectivity.
This is a strategic and hands‑on role for a proactive, technically strong leader who can balance business needs, operational efficiency, and digital innovation across a growing group of retail brands.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic & Operational Leadership – Lead IT operations across both corporate and retail divisions, ensuring system stability, data integrity, and business continuity.
- Develop and execute IT strategies aligned with company's group’s growth and digital transformation roadmap.
- Manage and mentor IT team members, fostering collaboration and accountability.
- Retail Systems & Infrastructure Management – Oversee the performance, reliability, and integration of POS systems, payment terminals, and outlet hardware.
- Ensure network stability and connectivity across multiple retail locations.
- Manage inventory systems, data synchronization, and troubleshooting between outlets and HQ systems.
- Coordinate technology rollouts and upgrades for new store openings or brand expansions.
- Corporate IT & Office Support – Oversee office IT infrastructure including servers, cloud systems, ERP, and productivity tools.
- Provide support for corporate teams in system setup, troubleshooting, and access management.
- Implement process automation and digital tools to improve internal efficiency.
- Project Management & Implementation – Plan and deliver key IT projects such as system integrations, process digitalization, and infrastructure enhancements.
- Manage vendors and service providers to ensure timely, cost‑effective, and high‑quality project execution.
- Partner with business units to design and implement technology solutions that drive operational improvement.
- Compliance, Security & Governance – Establish IT policies, SOPs, and cybersecurity frameworks across corporate and retail operations.
- Conduct regular IT audits and ensure compliance with company policies and data protection standards.
- Implement cybersecurity, data backup and disaster recovery plans to safeguard operation.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in IT operations and infrastructure management, preferably within retail, F&B, or multi‑site environments.
- Proven experience managing POS systems, retail networks, and office‑based IT infrastructure.
- Strong technical expertise in networking, server management, and system integration.
- Excellent project management, troubleshooting, and analytical abilities.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to support both HQ departments and outlet operations.
- Experienced in vendor management and cost optimization.
- Adaptable, proactive, and capable of thriving in a fast‑paced retail environment.
