A leading semiconductor solutions company in Malaysia is seeking a Human Resources professional to support end-to-end recruitment activities and handle various HR administration tasks. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources with a minimum CGPA of 3.00, be proficient in English, and be keen to learn in a fast-paced environment.   • Support end-to-end recruitment activities such as resume sourcing, screening, interview arrangement, offering and onboarding.
  • Maintain data in recruiting tools.
  • Handle HR administration tasks such as HRD Corp claimable student grant.
  • Support career fair and university relations activities.
  • Support HR improvement projects/tasks.
