Indirect Commodity Manager (Professional Services)
- Lead strategic sourcing and contract negotiations for key professional service categories, including but not limited to HR, Finance, Legal, IT, Engineering, Consulting, and Contractor Services.
- Develop and implement global category strategies, supported by detailed spend analysis and supplier segmentation.
- Establish structured pricing models (fixed fee, hourly, milestone-based) and provide commercial guidance to stakeholders for optimal decision-making.
- Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to ensure sourcing plans are aligned with organizational objectives and operational needs.
- Manage and oversee a global spend of approximately USD 50 million, ensuring cost optimization, policy compliance, and supplier performance excellence.
- Conduct annual business reviews and maintain supplier scorecards to evaluate and drive continuous improvement.
- Process purchase requisitions and confirm purchase orders when required to support operational efficiency.
- Provide sourcing and procurement support to global AE manufacturing sites, design centers, and service hubs.
- Perform other related duties as assigned to support business and category goals.

- Minimum 5 years in strategic procurement or commodity management, preferably within professional services (HR, Finance, Legal, IT, Engineering, Consulting, or Contractor Services).
- Proven experience managing global spend exceeding USD 30 million, ensuring cost optimization and supplier performance.
- Strong background in developing and executing category and commodity strategies, supplier relationship management, and contract negotiation.
- Sound understanding of purchasing processes, electronic manufacturing environments, and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) operations including PO issuance and supplier coordination.
- Analytical Capability: Skilled in spend analysis and identifying cost-saving opportunities through data-driven insights.
- Proficient in SAP or Ariba, with strong command of Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Demonstrated ability to lead, train, and mentor a team of buyers; capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proactive problem-solver with excellent planning, communication, and stakeholder management skills; able to respond decisively and professionally to dynamic business needs.
- Experience in high-growth electronics manufacturing environments is a plus.
