Job Description

• Responsible for verifying materials before mass production and confirming the first article/sample product.
• Check and verify production work instructions to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Perform in-process inspections during production to ensure quality consistency.
• Complete documentation related to first article inspection reports.
• Fill out and maintain inspection records for routine patrol inspections.
• Conduct statistical analysis of quality incidents and provide relevant reports.
• Follow up on quality issues, confirm corrective actions, and carry out additional tasks assigned by supervisors.

Job Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Quality Management, Mechanical Engineering, Electronics, or related fields.
• 1-3 years of work experience in IQC, production quality, or related quality inspection roles.
• Basic understanding of quality inspection procedures, sampling methods, and defect classification.
• Ability to read technical drawings, work instructions, and quality documents.
