We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Inbound Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills and previous experience in cold calling, with the ability to engage prospects, understand their needs, and convert leads into opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound inquiries from potential and existing customers, providing product/service information and support.

Conduct outbound and cold calls to generate new leads, follow up on prospects, and build sales pipelines.

Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable logistics solutions.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions in the CRM system.

Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive repeat business.

Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling logistics services.

Prepare and share quotations or service proposals as needed.

Requirements:

Previous experience in cold calling is mandatory.

1–2 years of experience in sales, telesales, or inside sales; experience in logistics is an added advantage.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Comfortable making high-volume calls and engaging prospects confidently.

Ability to work independently with good time management.

Positive attitude, resilience, and willingness to learn.
