Qualifications

  • 0-2 years of experience in Financial Services.

Overview

Role: Implementation Consulting Analyst. (Grade: 7)

Markets division in Enterprise Solutions empowers a diverse spectrum of private equity and venture capital firms to control their data and drive internal analytics and insights. This team supports portfolio analytics, valuations, investor reporting, and on-demand insight into operating metrics of assets in the FinTech space. The Private Markets Implementation Team delivers best-in-class software solutions to demanding Private Equity clients through a cloud-based portfolio monitoring solution that automates data collection, creates a single source of truth, and enables portfolio analytics and reporting capabilities. You will be responsible for end-to-end implementation of our portfolio management solution, collaborating with global Project Managers to onboard Private Equity / Credit / LP / GP and Venture Capital Clients to the iLEVEL platform, and ensuring optimal use of the PCM solution.

The Private Markets Implementation team in Professional Services seeks an Implementation Analyst (Grade: 7) who can deliver results in a fast-paced environment.

Your Role

You will be a key member of the ES- Markets’ Professional Services Team.

Key responsibilities
  • Executing product analysis to identify specific requirements and use cases with Private Equity Enterprise software clients.
  • Collaborating with internal team members to identify risks, raise them, and resolve appropriately.
  • Acting as an extension of APAC/US/EMEA client deployment teams, helping to implement, customize and enhance the Portfolio Monitoring and Reporting services for Private Equity clients.
  • Independently managing multiple implementation projects using best practices for system setup and utilization.
  • Preparing financial reports and templates; configuring portals per PE/VC clients’ requirements.
  • Balancing multiple client implementations simultaneously while maintaining accountability to all stakeholders.
  • Collaborating with Senior Team members, Global Project Managers and Team Managers on forward-looking initiatives.
  • Providing quick problem solving and solutions to the team and clients on the product and its functions.
  • Communicating weekly updates internally to the Implementations Team Leads (TLs).
About You

Key Qualifications and Skills
  • MBA in Finance/Business Analytics required with 0-2 years of Financial Services industry experience. Professional certifications such as CA, CMA, CFA or FRM are a plus.
  • Up to 2 years of experience in software, financial services vendor or tech/management project management consulting will be an added advantage.
  • Knowledge of S&P MI proprietary software (e.g. QVAL, iLEVEL, WSO/EDM) is an added advantage.
  • Experience in Private Capital Markets is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Excel is a must.
  • Thorough understanding of financial reporting and operating statement analysis.
  • Collaborative attitude; ability to work cross-functionally with diverse personalities.
  • Intellectual curiosity and inquisitiveness.
  • Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written) and comfort in leading discussions and presentations with teams, clients, and global stakeholders.
  • Fluency in Mandarin (verbal and written).
