About the Role

We’re looking for a confident, energetic, and persuasive On-Field Sales Executive to expand our market reach, build strong customer relationships, and close deals on the ground.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Conduct on-field sales visits to meet clients, present solutions, and close deals.

  • Build and grow your customer pipeline through visits, referrals, and cold outreach.

  • Identify new business opportunities and expand overall market coverage.

  • Execute daily sales routes and deliver monthly sales targets.

  • Work with Marketing & Operations on events, roadshows, and promotions.

  • Track leads, prepare sales reports, and keep customer data up to date.

  • Provide excellent after-sales support to ensure client satisfaction and retention.

Who We’re Looking For
  • Minimum SPM/STPM (Diploma/Degree is an advantage).

  • Strong communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia & English.

  • Ability to speak Mandarin/Cantonese is a strong advantage (due to client segment).

  • Energetic, outgoing, and confident with people.

  • Strong negotiation and presentation skills.

  • Self-driven with a strong desire to achieve targets.

  • Must have own transport & willing to travel for on-field sales.
