IM&S Content Coordinator (1 year contract) – Your future position?

This role will play a critical part analyzing the vendor portfolio, identifying preferred suppliers, and collaborating closely with procurement teams for validation and approval. The ideal candidate will possess data analysis skills, procurement knowledge, and a strategic mindset to streamline vendor selection and support the guided buying process.

In this exciting role, you will:

• Conduct in-depth analysis of the vendor portfolio to identify opportunities for consolidation, preferred supplier selection, and cost optimization.
• Collaborate with procurement teams to validate and approve preferred suppliers based on predefinied criteria.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the alignment of vendor selections with organizational objectives.
• Identify suppliers suitable for deactivation or replacement by marketplaces based on low activity or spend.
• Communicate insights and recommendations to key stakeholders to facilitate informed decision-making.
• Ensure the integrity and accuracy of vendor data in SAP specially in terms of contact information and payment terms.

Your professional profile includes:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Procurement, or a related field.
• Proven experience in procurement, vendor management, or data analysis.
• Possess 3 years of experience and above in related field.
• Ability to speak in languages like Mandarin, Hindi or Japanese.
• Open for 1 year contract role.
• Good analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actional insights.
• Proficiency in Excel and experience with procurement tools (e.g. SAP Ariba) is highly desirable.
• Good communication skills to effectively collaborate with procurement teams and stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaboration team.
