Qualifications

• Minimum of 15 years in IT, with at least 10 years specializing in ServiceNow platform architecture.
• Deep expertise in ServiceNow modules including CSM, ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, and SecOps.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide scripting, UI Policies, Business Rules, Flow Designer, and UI Builder.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end design and architecture of CSM solutions.
• Develop and optimize user interfaces using ServiceNow's UI Builder.
• Conduct platform health checks and performance tuning.
