A leading food and beverage company in Malaysia is seeking a Human Resources Manager who is a Mandarin speaker. The successful candidate will oversee all HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, and compliance with Malaysia Labour Laws, while also leading the recruitment for corporate roles. Candidates must have at least 5 years of HR experience, preferably in F&B, retail, or hospitality. Proficient skills in HR data analysis and HRIS systems are essential for this role.
Oversee full HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, payroll coordination, compliance and employee relations.
Work with management to strengthen and formalize HR policies, company handbook and SOPs.
Lead recruitment for corporate roles, store operations staff and development initiatives.
Ensure HR practices comply with Malaysia Labour Laws
Support organizations planning and culture-building activities.
Provide HR support to outlet managers to address day-to-day HR matters efficiently
Requirements
Degree in HR, Business Administration or related field
5+ years of HR experience, preferably with exposure to developing HR system or processes
Experience in F&B, Retails, Hospitality or Fast-paced environment in an advantage
Capable in recruitment , HR operations and employee management
Responsible, independent and able to work collaboratively with management
Proficient in HR data analysis and using HRIS system to generate report and insights
