Overview

The Human Resource Manager will play a key role in the organization's human resources department. They will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, policy development, and compliance. This role requires a deep understanding of HR best practices, strong leadership skills, and the ability to support the organization in achieving its strategic goals.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in accordance with local labor laws and organizational needs.
  • Lead and oversee the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance improvement plans.
  • Administer and oversee employee benefits programs.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide guidance to managers and employees.
  • Assist in creating and maintaining a positive work environment and company culture.
  • Ensure compliance with all labor laws and regulations.
