I. Core Responsibilities
  1. Business Coordination and Development: Familiar with Malaysian labor market policies, ensuring recruitment and employment are legal and compliant.
  2. Recruitment and Screening: Develop recruitment plans based on Malaysian project needs, organize candidate selection, interviews, and background checks.
  3. Compliance and Permit Processing: Experience in handling work visas and other relevant permits.
  4. Pre-Job Training and Placement: Able to complete basic training such as onboarding training.
  5. Reporting: Compile HR-related reports.
  6. Responsible for drafting and translating project documents and handling daily translation and communication.
II. Job Requirements
  1. Educational Background: Bachelor's degree or above in Human Resources Management, English, Malay, or related fields.
  2. Industry Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in human resources management.
  3. Proficient in spoken and written Chinese, as well as spoken and written English and Malay, and capable of bilingual communication for business negotiations and document translation.
