We are a growing professional services firm and we are looking for a committed and people-oriented Human Resources Manager to join our team. This role plays a key part in supporting our people, strengthening our culture, and ensuring smooth HR operations across the Company.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the full spectrum of Human Resources functions, including recruitment, onboarding, payroll coordination, and employee administration.

  • Able to foster a positive working environment, attract and retain talented staff, and strengthen our company culture.

  • Maintain accurate employee records and handle employment contracts, confirmations, transfers, and resignations.

  • Administer leave, claims, and statutory submissions in a timely and accurate manner.

  • Support performance management, staff development, and training initiatives.

  • Ensure compliance with Malaysian labour laws and internal HR policies.

  • Act as a point of contact for employee relations matters and provide HR support to management and staff.

  • Perform other HR-related duties as assigned.

Requirements
  • Diploma / Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Minimum 5–8 years of HR experience, including leadership exposure.

  • Good knowledge of Malaysian employment laws and HR best practices.

  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

  • Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
