Job description
Job Scope
  • Organize and maintain personnel records.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process including job posting, candidate sourcing, interviewing, onboarding and offboarding.
  • Act as a point of contact for employees on various HR-related issues, mediate conflicts, and ensure positive employee relations.
  • Assist training programs, track employee development, and provide learning resources to enhance skills.
  • Maintain accurate employee records, manage HRIS systems, and prepare HR-related reports as required.
  • Assist or participate in HR projects such as diversity and inclusion programs, employee wellness initiatives, or organizational restructuring.
  • Maintenance and updating of employees’ information in HR systems.
  • Review and administer HR procedures and processes and reporting.
  • Maintenance of files, and HR documents, etc.
  • Generate monthly reports when required.
  • Liaise with accounting personnel for payroll related matters and liaise with government bodies (e.g. KWSP, PERKESO, LHDN, etc) on all statutory requirements whilst maintaining all data private & confidential.
  • Preparation of HR related letters and correspondence and liaise with the relevant authority or government department if necessary.
  • To maintain strict confidentiality on all job-related matters.
  • To provide human resources and administrative support.
  • To carry out employee benefits and welfare activities which include Group Insurance Policy.
  • Execute payroll related tasks; including investigating and resolving payroll matters, maintaining accurate payroll records, generation of reports for decision making, perform payroll reconciliations, ensuring compliance with Company requirements and regulatory standards.
  • Routine and ad hoc reporting as per management request.
  • Assist in any ad hoc projects assigned.
Requirement
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. A master’s degree or relevant HR certifications are a plus.

  • Payroll experience is a must. Training and foreign work experience will be an added advantage.
  • Strong understanding of local and national labor laws, compliance requirements, and HR best practices.
